PART 1
 
The following pictures describe the repair of the shower automat on the sink.
The plastic parts of the cylindrical insert are broken. Unfortunately, only the complete unit of the faucet can be purchased and not just the two plastic shells of the handle.

With two identical simple 3D printed parts, the insert or holder on the sink can be repaired.

The 3D printing material is a PET plastic.

For this, the remnants of the slide-in are removed and the hole is drilled out to approx. 18.5 mm - 19 mm.

Reproduction of the holder on the kitchen hatch with the 3D printer:
 
Printer: PRUSA MK3
Fillament: PETG anthracite
Nozzle: 0,6 mm  
Layer thickness: 0,4mm draft

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The geometry is based on the original holder but optimized for 3D printing.
